Seat prices not in catalog: Per-seat prices are not disclosed in the HubSpot Product & Services Catalog. Visit hubspot.com/pricing/service for current rates. Limits and fees below are catalog-verified.
Service Hub Enterprise requires a mandatory one-time onboarding fee of $3,500 — confirmed in the official HubSpot Product & Services Catalog. This applies only to Enterprise. Service Hub Professional and Starter do not have a mandatory onboarding fee listed in the catalog. The fee is not included in advertised pricing and must be paid before the subscription activates.
Professional (€90/seat) and Enterprise (€150/seat) are at full EUR/USD parity, identical to Sales Hub pricing. The Starter promotional rate (€9/seat) should be confirmed for your account — the catalog lists $20/seat as the standard Starter rate. EUR onboarding fee for Enterprise is pending verification; USD is confirmed at $3,500.
As of April 2026, yes — both hubs share the same per-seat pricing structure. If your team needs both Sales and Service Hub, HubSpot offers bundled Customer Platform pricing that may be more cost-effective than purchasing both hubs separately. Request a bundle quote before committing to individual hub pricing.
The Free tier includes basic ticketing and a shared inbox. It does not include ticket routing, SLA management, or a customer-facing help portal — those require Professional. Full Service Hub functionality also requires a Service Seat, not just a Core Seat. Teams with structured support needs will find Professional at €90/seat the realistic minimum.
